Pain During Urination. Done Urine Test. Blood In Urine. Opinion?
hello doctor, i m a 22 years old male and i ve had pain during passage of urine and i ve recently done a urine test and the results are as follows: color:pale yellow/cloudy reactions: acid albumin:(+) sugar:nil bile salts:negative bile pigments:negative pus cells: 60 to 70 HPF RBC:1 to 2 HPF Epithelial cells: 2 to 4 HPF cast: nil crystals: nil what is u r opinion about the results and some time blood do comes during passing of urine.

You are suffering from Urinary track infection and needs an urgent treatment by antibiotic and urinary alkalizer. Consult your doctor and do your urine culture examination to select a effective and fast acting antibiotic for the bacteria causing the infection. In addition to this you need urinary alkalizer with plenty of water intake to reduce burning maturation. Can take antispasmodic drugs to reduce pain in abdomen if present. Hope this will help you. hi.Asalmolaikum. in your urin test report.cloudy urin due to pus cells and few blood cells, reaction is acidic due to acidic quality of urin.it is kidney infectionand you should have proper treatment. it is also called type 2 nephritis.TREATMENT,,1.----urixin tab 1+1 for 14 days for infection of kidney 2 citralka 2 table spoon in glass of water three times a day it is to neutrilise acidic nature of urin indiet dont eat the protein eat the vegetable qadoo inplace of meat 3,eat the white of eggok. get your urin check up afer one week take care .
