Hello Dear and thanks for the query
You are suffering from Urinary track infection and needs an urgent treatment by antibiotic and urinary alkalizer. Consult your doctor and do your urine culture examination to select a effective and fast acting antibiotic for the bacteria causing the infection. In addition to this you need urinary alkalizer with plenty of water intake to reduce burning maturation. Can take antispasmodic drugs to reduce pain in abdomen if present. Hope this will help you. Consult your physician as soon as possible and get treated.
Best wishes
