Pain During Intercourse Due To Tight Foreskin. Circumsized. Need A Cure Without Surgery
I am a 22-yr old uncircumcised male. I experienced sharp pain on my couple of sexual experiences as my foreskin doesn't retract fully. When erect, it doesn't go beyond a few mm after sliding off the head of my penis. Its movement is restricted because of the skin on the underside of the penis. I have done some research and it looks like a frenelum breve. Can you guide me as to what my next steps of action should be to cure this. Also, are there any other effective alternatives besides surgery (frenuloplasty).
Dear Sir, There might be one of these two situations here. 1) The frenulum is short and/or tethered. 2) The foreskin is tight.
Unfortunately, the ultimate cure is surgery in both cases. If it is condition #1 you would not need a full circumcision if you want to retain the foreskin (Frenuloplasty) If it is condition #2 that you would need a partial circumcision to widen the tip of the foreskin to accommodate the glans, but still be able to retaion the rest of the foreskin.
Take care and I hope you get well soon.
