Hi,
Welcome and thanks for posting your to HCM.
As per your brief history it is only Premenstrual pain only and not at all PID. Pelvic inflammatory disease or commonly known as PID is the inflammation of the internal genital organs and later on adhesion formation to nearby tissues and organs leading to pain which remains continuously without much correlation to menstrual cycles. As per your history neither the pain is of continuous nature nor you have any STD's so we can not designate it as PID just on the basis of pelvic scan. We never diagnose anything based on pelvic scan only. Any problem like PID, we first diagnose it clinically and then for the supportive evidece only we go for other of the tests. So don't get panicky about PID, yours is simple premenstrual pain which is relived just after menses. You can take dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 mg with mefenamic acid 250 mg tablet 3-4 days before menses eery day to get the best of relief from pain problem.
hope to have provided the best possible information,
With best of hair wishes,
