Pain At Tip Of Penis, Stings To Urinate Straight After Ejaculating. Advise?

I had pain in mostly the tip of my penis after a wet dream, I desperately needed to urinate and when I did the pain became almost unbearable, it died down after ten minutes or so. I masturbate fairly regularly (I m a young teenager) and normally it stings a little bit to urinate straight after ejaculating. Is there a problem with my penis?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain while passing urine after ejaculation.
During erection and ejaculation there is increased blood supply to the Urethra which remains congested for some time after ejaculation.There is also some thick semen that remains deposited in the urethra this creates obstruction to flow of urine if one attempts to pass urine immediately after ejaculation giving rise to painful urination.This is normal phenomenon and nothing to worry about.
Please squeeze the penis before passing urine to discharge remnant of semen and pass the urine 30 minutes or 1 hour after ejaculation.
