Pain Around Pelvic Area, Tip Of The Penis Burns, Pain On Right Testicle. Had Protected Sex. Is It Either STI Or UTI?

I have pain around my pelvic area .tip of the penis burns sometimes.i got pain on my right testicle too.i went to an an Australian brothel 6weeks ago ,where I had protected sex.but I kissed the prostitute .i don't see any discharge from penis. I suspect it is either sti or uti because of the poor quality water I'm drinking. Please advise

From the description you gave, it seems that the problem is related to urinary tract infection. Even if you had protected sex, you cannot rule out STDs. But don't worry. Just don't approach sex workers. Try to get married soon.

Drink sufficient water and keep the area clean, and if the symptoms persist, visit a general physician.
