Pain and uneasiness in hand, chest congestion, abnormal heartbeat. What should I do?

Hi sir I am suffering from a typical problem from last 5 months, actually I feel some pain or uneasiness in my left hand and after 30-40 minutes I feel some congestion for 3-4 secs in the chest and immediately feel sen session in head and then it spreads through the body with abnormal heart beat. My TMT and ECHO report was normal, except some pressure was seen on lungs. The provisional diagnosis was gastritis or some neurological problem. I think that it may be the result of gastritis. What should I do.

Hi Abubakaramu,
Thanks for writing your query.

Gastritis is due to irriation in the mucosal layer of the stomach as a result of acid secretion.
You can prevent gastritis by following some precautions :-

1. Avoid spicy and oily foods
2. Donot miss a meal
3. Avoid emotional/ mental stress
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol
5. Donot self medicate especially with pain killers and steroids.

Taking antacid Omeprazole 20 mg early in morning with Domperidone 10 mg will be beneficial in treating gastritis. Take medication under medical supervision only. Get yourself examined and investigated completely.

I hope this is helpful to you.
