Pain and swelling in back, buttock, sacrum keeps sliding, physical therapy and aquatics done, headache. Suggestion?

I have lower back pain, buttock pain, sacrum keeps sliding to my left and pelvis rises on the right side and twists to the left. I have had physical therapy and aquatics, but no relief... Please, please help me... Lately, I have begun to swell in my back, buttocks, sides, and upper outer thighs along with constant headaches... Thank you... :'( #Nomorepain
