Pain and heaviness in shoulder, armpit area. Recommend

I had an ache that started yesterday morning in the front of my right shoulder/ arm pit area. It hurt when I moved but not all of the time, I felt around this armpit and shoulder whilst comparing to the other and found no swelling or lumps and also tried to recall if I have lifted anything heavy etc but haven't what so ever. The pain has now moved and is in the entire shoulder more so than the arm pit. It's a dull ache and my arm shoulder feels heavy as if it is going numb.

Thanks for writing to us.
The pain and heaviness in the shoulder area and armpit could be related to a swollen lymph node in the area, an infection, muscle sprain or a frozen shoulder. Do get it physically examined for a proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
