Pain and burning sensation in testis, abdominal pain. Normal urine test. Suggest measures

hi doc. m 25 yrs guy.. i have problem in my right testis.. symptoms are, its heavy, pain, n burning sensation too.. i used to have mild pain frequently in right abdomen side.. i have gone through normal urine test and culture too but report is normal. n i have gone for ultra sound (Doppler) of testis.. its too normal.. m have changed 3rd doc. recently. plz suggest some measures for me..

Hi.Most probably there might have been mild infection in the right testis.Sometimes,the infection may spread upwards along the spermatic cord which can lead to lower abdominal pain on the right side.It should get relieved by Antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs.Some people may have Idiopathic scrotal pain,where there will be no proper cause.You may be one of them.But,nothing to worry.take care.Consult an Urologist if the pain persists.
