Hello
Your question is not very clear, but still i am trying to answer it.You have not mentioned your age.Mostly chest pain is expected in elders and not in young.Second your wound of wisdom tooth will take around 1 to 1.5 months to heal completely so have some patience. Start following tips to wget yourself relived..
1. warm saline rinses four times a day
2. stop taking starchy food
3. apply some over the counter available anesthetic oral gel over the wound of wisdom tooth.
Be good and take care

hello and welcome,
as per your description, chest pain usually does not occur with wisdom tooth removal.
as you have not mentioned your age ,i cannot predict the cause of chest pain.
to get the socket healed soon, take warm saline rinses frequently.
obtundant dressing using iodoform gauze and ZOE pack has to be done.
keep the socket clean without any food lodgement.
avoid hot and spicy hard food.take plenty of water and liquid foods to avoid dehydration.
take complete analgesic-antibiotic course.
