Hi,Rpeddi,
Thanks for query,
On urine examination if pus cells, red blood cells, albumin are absent it shows there is no urinary infection.
For jaundice if bile salt and bile pigment is absent, possibility of having jaundice can be ruled out.
Same way if ketone bodies are absent keto acidocis can be ruled out.
Ok and bye.

Hi Rpeddi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I understand your concern.

Urine analysis is basically done as Macroscopic analysis and microscopic analysis. In Macroscopic analysis we look for color, cloudiness, odor and clarity. Each one has the significance. For example cloudiness refers to presence of bacteria. Microscopic and Chemical analysis helps to rule out diseases like Urinary tract infection, Kidney failure,Progression of Diabetes melitus etc. But urine analysis has to be correlate with the clinical signs and symptoms.

I hope I answered your query.

Good luck. \

Take care.
