PCOS, obesity, lump on thigh, pubic area, redness around it, small hole on popping. Treatment?

Hey I am a 19 yo female I have pcos and over weight. I have had a purple/re lump on my inner thigh it was sore but not bad and has almost gonna away. But now right on my hair line of my pubic area I had one a small one and it burst and left small whole. It is a lil red around it. I have heard over weight and pcos can cause certain kind of cyst? What should I do

the small cyst you had on pubic area could be sebaceous cyst, as with increased weight there will be increased moisture and less air supply which will help in growth of pathogenic organisms, when they infect the sebaceous glands that can cause cyst, when it ruptures it can form ulcer,
so you better consult gynecologist once to confirm the nature of the lesion, then use some antibiotic cream for that, use cotton inner wear, avoid moisture, keep the area dry as much as possible which will help to some extent, check for blood sugar once.
