PCOS, Abdominal Pain, Ovulation, Cyst In Right Follicle. Clomiphene Citrate, Hucog 5000 Injection Taken. Advise?
Dear mam,
My wife is suffering from PCOS neckles like appearance in right ovary. Last time she had clomiphene citrate 50 mg OD for 5 days from fifth day of menses and did USG left side follicle size became 23 mm and for rupture we took Inj Hucog 5000 she had some abdominal pain and ovulation also occured. we kept daily contact but she did not conceive
Now again I am started clomiphene 50 from 5th but during follicular study her rt side follicle bcame cyst and now lft ovary showing 22 mm weather i give inj Hucog if yes how much 2000 or 5000 plse reply urgent

Human chorionic gonadotrophin's onset of effect is from 1-8 days in female so this time your dose should be 5000 U S P every second day till four injections.
For result you have to wait of ovulation day.
