Once your cycles are regular you can plan for pregnancy. Since you are on Letrozole, ovulation can be expected 14th day prior to next expected period. You can expect ovulation on 14th day of a 28 day regular cycle. you may have unprotected sex on 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th day prior to next expected period for best chances of pregnancy. Best is to get ultrasound monitoring of your dominant follicle in the ovaries. By 14th day prior to next expected period if it's size is 18-20mm it should ovulate and that is when unprotected sex can be done for high chance of pregnancy.

Thanks for query,
Ovulation kit is available in the market.with this you can know probable time of ovulation.
so during this time go for sex and chance of getting pregnancy is more.
Otherwise go to your gynaec for ultra sound and find out the time of ovulation.
After the first of last period ovulation occurs on 14th day,so go for ultra sound accordingly.
ok and bye.

Letroz has got good results in patients with PCOS. During treatment with ovulation induction drugs ( Letroz ) you require to undergo follicular monitoring by ultrasound to know the growth of follicles and to document ovulation. Once ovulation is confirmed you can have intercourse on that day. You can expect ovulation any time 5-12 days after last dose of letroz. If you have taken letroz from Day-2 to Day-6 of your periods then ovulation can occur between 19th-25th july. If you are trying for natural conception start having intercourse every alternate day starting from 19th of july till 25th. Take care.
