Hi there,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

Gastric irritation is even common with iron salts.Asyou are already been suffering from heart burn and indigestion, your problem becomes bigger.

Dont be scared by keeping un-necessary stuff in your mind,as you are already clarified by doctors about your heart condition.

consult a gastro-enterologist to solve your problem better.
