Overweight, heart/breath went down for a while, came back. Should i see a doctor?

The other day I was cleaning my bedroom like I always do but my heart did like flip flop for a couple of seconds that made me pretty dizzy and I had to take deep breathes to catch it. It all only lasted under a min but it was enough to scare me. Im 30 years old and have six kiddos. Im pretty over weight but really active. Should I see a Doctor? I have felt fine since then but just freaking myself out about it.

Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C M. C.
Flip flop of heart just for a few seconds with dizziness and relieved after a short while after taking deep breath.
Here possibilities are of many reasons as
1 Due to anxiety.
2 Due to hypo-tension ( decrease in B P )
3 Due to hyper-tension ( increase in B P)
4 Due to obesity as you mentioned.
5 Due to food which you took previous day
6 due to stress and strain.
7 Due to hypoglycemia ( lowering of blood glucose level)
8 Due to Hyperglycemia (high --------do---)
Please consult a doctor and get your blood examination with X rays chest & ECG .
have a good day. Dr. HET
