You have started Physical Exercise after a longtime. May I know what kind of exercise you follow? Is it Gym Or Yoga
Or Playing any game Or Arobic exercise Or Pranayama etc. You should practice atleast 30-45 mins everyday to burn your calories. It is not any magic but must give you result after 15 weeks. Make it as your choice not any compulsion.

- Reduce carbs and add fiber in diet
- Use Omega -3 fatty acid
- Avoid Cigarettee, Alcohol , Cold
