Overweight After Delivery, Tummy Increased, Treatment To Reduce Weight And Tummy
Hello Doctor. The problem with me is i am over weight now i.e., after delivery. I have undergone Sygerine operation for delivery. After pregnancy my tummy is increased. My son s has completed 2 years of age. and my age is 30. How can i reduce my weight and tummy? Is there any way to reduce my weight and tummy? Can you please suggest me the ways to manage my weight.

gainig weight aftr c sec or delivery is common .....a simple n safe task to reduce weight is o hve balced diet n excers like cycling or walking for 45 mins a day wt shoes ....befre get the follwng test done
