Overweight. Having Loss Of Appetite, Headache, Frequent Urination, Feels Pressure In Chest. What Is Wrong?

Hello. i am 33 years old. female. overweight . i have developed over the last couple weeks extreme thirst loss of appetite .not wanting to eat at all. i also have a constant nagging headache and pee constantly. i feel pressure in my chest and my heart seems to fly. what could be wrong. oh yeah i cannot have any more children so thats not it

Hi,
Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have urinary tract infection and might running fever due to this.
This gives you frequent urination,headache,more thirsty,loos of appetite.
Go for urine check up and after report go for treatment.
Take plenty of water.

Hi,

Please get a Diabetes screening done to look for early onset type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

All your symptoms fit into this condition. The other possibility is Hypothyroidism. Do get your thyroid profile done.

Hi,
Looks like Hypothyroid state.
It causes weight gain in-spite of low appetite, it can also causes cardiac abnormalities and high blood pressure.
Kindly get a thyroid profile done and get your blood pressure checked.
And also get glucose tolerance test since diabetes presents as frequent urination, associated obesity.
