Overdose Of Paracetamol And Feeling Of Lump In Throat. Annoying While Breathing. Seek Medical Attention?

I took an overdose of 10 paracetamol a week ago and ever since it's felt like I have a lump in my throat where you swallow (not glandular but where you would have an Adams apple if you were male) which also feels like it's giving me bad breath (infection?) It's uncomfortable but not affecting eating or drinking all though can be annoying when breathing. Stays the same allthe time but feels a bit better very momentarily after eating (not drinking though) I have been very stressef recently too. What could it be and do I need to seek medical attention?

hello
thanx for asking question ,

as such paracetamol overdose is mainly concerned with liver toxicity .max dose of paracetamol that an adult can take is 700 to 1000 mg 6 hrly 4 times a day .
other side effects can be nausea , vomiting ,rashes , diarrhoea as such your throat problem is not because of paracetamol bt because of some other underlying cause which need to be investigated .
thanx
i hope this will help .
