Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have problem of loud sound while sleeping and also these sounds are bothersome to your husband. Also you have problem of jerky legs and kicking all the time. Most likely the sounds are due to snoring and this may cause obstructive sleep apnea. It may result in poor quality of sleep in night and day time drowsiness. The problem of kicking may occur due to two main conditions one is Restless Leg Syndrome and other is Periodic Limb Movement Disorder. Both conditions have similarities in some symptoms. While in PLMD there occur myoclonic jerks in limbs in night and this cause trouble to partner also. For this I would advise you to consult a good Psychiatrist for expert opinion. Medicines like Vitamin Supplements as B complex capsules are very useful. Apart from that some antiparkinsonian medicines can also be used.

Thanks
