Over Weight, Lipid Profile Normal, On Low Fat Diet, Exercise. Treatment?

Hello Doc..

I had done my lipid profile done a few days back the results are as follows

glucose (fbs) 94, cholestrol 179mg/dL , creatinine .85, hdl cholestrol 35 mg/dL, VLDL 36 mg/ dl, LDL cholestrol 108 mg/ dl , CHOL/ HDLC 5.11, triglycerides 181, LDL/ HDL 3.09..

I doesn't have bp or diabetes problem but I am overweight , since I got the results before 1 month I had changed my lifestyle a lot .I am on a low fat diet and doing regular exercise.Do I need to take medicine or should I continue with my changed life style.

try reduce your weight
you dont need any medicine
creatinine 85 is out of place here, seems tobe wrong reading
that high creatinine is not very much compatible with life
because such a reading may occur in end stage renal disease
please clarify this reading
