Other Than Surgery How Can Rotator Cuff Be Cured ?

Hi , other than surgery is there any help / cure for a torn rotator cup ? I have use of only 1 arm and thats the problem , if surgery is preformed then I ll be without use of any arm.

Other than surgery you have to take certain medicines,proper positioning,and some physiotherapy.better you consult orthopedician and physiotherapist.
