Other Option To Copper T For Birth Control?

hi i am mother of 7 months baby
i tried opting for copper t but it doesn't get inserted properly and it is removed off at that time only
and my doc suggests me to get the same by next month i just want to know that are there any other options except copper t

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you are still breastfeeding the baby, then we can't give any combined oral contraception pills.

For feeding mothers, we can give only Progesterone pills.

The other option is injection once for every 3 months for contraception.
