Osteoarthritis In Right Ankle. On Fentynal And Hydro-condone For Pain In Joint Due To Injury. Ankle Replacement Suggested?

Hi, my name is Julie and I am 43 years old. I have severe osteoarthritis in my right ankle and have scheduled an ankle replacement for June 26. I am so scared and am wondering if I have made the right decision. I am hoping someone out here has had one and can give me some advice. I was in an auto accident in 89 and injured both of my legs. I have compensated for being unaligned all these years and have blown out this joint. I am on fentynal and hydro-condone for my pain. I am so scared of infection and the infection atacking. My other hardware in my legs. If anyone can relate I would love to hear from u!
