Orange Spot On Stomach And Leg, No Itching, No Pain

Recently an orange colored hickey like spot showed up on my stomach . I have had another spot on my leg like this for a while aand never thought anything of it until this showed up. It does not itch , hurt etc. just showed up. what could it be?

It is called ......FDE...Fixed Drug Erruption...,
So ruled out any drug intake...,
Avoid the following drugs..,
Analgin compounds., Sulpha drugs..,
Phenyl butazones, Antidiabetics..,
Ciprofloxacin, phenophthalene., and Floroquinolenes..,
1) Apply Momentasone cream....ELOCON cream on spots...,
2) Cap..Evion 400 mg daily for 1 month...,
3) Good nutrition diet and fresh fruits..,
4) Don't take unnecessary medicines to avoid further problems...,
