Open Sore In Nostrils. Yellow Liquid Oozes. On Saline Nasal Cram. What Can Help?
Help. My nose has an open sore in both nostrils but in different places and is oozing clear yellowish liquid from the sore. It hardens and pulls on the skin before flaking off. I have tried a humidifier triple antibiotics creams and saline nasal spray . Nothing works. I am 26yrs old no kids Im not obese with no major health problems. Please Help me.

It seems that you you got congestion in the nose due to running nose and got infected.
Go for antibiotic medicine and decongestant medicine course for 3-5 days.
Continue applying antibiotic cream.
