Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, initially your child had common cold as you described. If the symptoms of cold persists even after 10 days I think your child needs physical examination by pediatrician to rule out tonsillopharyngitis and sinusitis.Fever and vomiting are common in these conditions. She will need some investigations also.
You can try unless you get your doctor appointment.
1. Steam inhalation
2. Nasoclear drops
3. Antiemetic medicines
