One Year Old With Diarrhea, Nappy Rash. Blisters On The Tongue, Swollen Glands. Treatment?

Now he is dribbling so much with blisters all over his tongue. He hasn't eaten for 4 days and other than 5 days ago his temp has been stable. He has been very sick in the past with high temp but seens to be a lot more distressed now and in a lot if pain. His glands are swollen.
