One year ago I strained my left trunk muscle during moving and
suffered severe pain (left side over abdomen) for three months.
Thought it was gone after that. Then in April (moving again) I
began to suffer pain in the lower abdomen, only in the evenings.
Taking Ibuprophen and Turmeric for it. Bowel movements good.
Not much exercise past 5 months. Eat twice a day as hungry.I adhere
to natural herbals and naturopathy throughout my life. Allopathic
MD will not be able to prescribe in this way. Thanks anyway.

I have been doing a yoga teacher training course for the last three months & in the last week experienced what I thought was a strained muscle in my lower left side. It has now spread to the right & is around the old hysterectomy scar that I had done over 10 years ago. At first it hurt on movement but now I am aware of it burning a lot of the time. Should I be concerned or is it just likely that it is old scar tissue that has become aggravated? I have also moved several times during the course & been lifting moderately heavy suitcases.

I am 48 years old and just completed pre-op for an endoscopy. I got a call to call the office regarding my ekg results. I was told I would have to be cleared by a cardiologist because my ekg showed an abnormal infarction but that was as much as they would explain. What is that? I have had some pain in my left shoulder that I have attributed to muscle strain because I have never had any cardiac issues. I had a stress test done 5 years ago and everything was fine at that time but I am overweight and have not been exercising and my job is sedentary

I been having really bad back pain ever since a wreck I got into 2 & a half years ago. At first after the wreck, I didn t have any pain until 2 weeks after the wreck. A muscle in the left side of my lower back swelled really bad & hurting so much I d cry in pain. Well I went to my normal doctor, he said I strained my muscle & gave me painkillers & said the pain will leave in about 2 weeks. 2 & a half years later I am still in constant pain. I cannot stand too long, basically I can t do anything (not even lay in bed for a long period of time) without the muscle swelling up & hurting. Sometimes it swells so bad; the swelling starts to go on top my spine which really scares me. I don t know how to describe this pain, but I know if I or somebody touches the back muscle just right, it sends me to the floor in pain! Please help me figure out what this is because apparently my doctor doesn t know. Again, its the middle-lower left side of my back.
