General & Family Physician 's  Response
It seems that due to injury there might be some hematoma or infection in your left testicle called Orchitis.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
One course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines will cure your problem.
Give support to your testicles.
Ok and take care.
