One testicle is significantly smaller than the other.

My husband is worried because one testicle is significantly smaller than the other. At times it is sensitive and sour. He says it sometimes sour after intercourse.

It is normal for one testicle to be lower than the other and he should not worry. If it is getting sore, then you should get the impression of a specialist.
