One Doctor Suggests Hep B Infection, Other Rules It Out. How Is This Possible ?

hi doctor i find out in 2001 dat i have hepatit b infection i went to the liver clinic for 3 year i dint have no liver probleme and the doctor tol me i whose good he said the infection whose very lo.ee but juin 2013 my primary doctor tol me i still have the infection in my body is thad possible ? my blood test whose hep a ab,igm negative, hep a ab,total positive, hbsag positive .

I am afraid some of your words are not clear. However HBsAg postivitiy means that you still have hepatitis B virus infection. It may be possible that after treatment the level of infection and activity of virus had gone down to low levels as suggested by your other doctor. This might have come-up again.
It would be best to consult a hepatologist (specialist in liver diseases) to get a clearer picture and start treatment, if it is warranted.
