On Treatment For Liver Problems. Severe Painful Heartburn, Air Bubble In Chest, Pain Between Breasts, Inablitity To Sleep. Help

I am having liver problems (seeing a doctor for this). last night I slept for 2 hours and woke up with the most painfuful heart burn of my life (43 year old female). called nurse , she said to sleep in my recliner, I couldn't even drihnk water , so I would swish it around in my mouth and spit it out. Then I got my first ever air bubble in my chest, between my breast It hurt real bad. finally went to sleep sittting up. I see my GI tommorrow but would like to sleep tonight. any thing eles can do?

I can understand the pain of reflux of acid and causes mixing kind of pain and discomfort particularly in a middle of night, but no need to worry it will go away soon, first of all start taking Omeprazole 40 mg tab. at evening time for six weeks, avoid heavy meal prior to sleep also avoid smoking drinking (Alcohol Coffee) try to sleep in reclining position, increase the amount of alkali food in your diet, every thing will be fine soon have nice day.
