Hi,
Combination of anit epileptic medicines are usually given because patients are sometime not fully cure. Anti epileptic drugs controlled the seizure by acting on channel in our brain. They controlled the overall electrical activity in our brain.

Due regular intake of medicines(Lamotrigine(lamitor) and (dialintin)phenytoin) you are now free of seizure. Although i would like to advice that you must not stop the medicine abruptly or suddenly decrease their dose. Otherwise there are high chances of recurrence of seizure. And each attack of seizure damages our brain cells and our body parts depending on the area of seizure in brain.

Therefore please continue medicine and gradually decrease dose as per your consulting doctor.
