On some nights I have bad arrhythmias lasting 8 hours.

On some nights I have bad arrhythmias lasting 8 hours. I can hardly walk to the bathroom and am short of breath. On other nights I don't have arrhythmias and I feel fine in the morning. I had a heart stress test on a day that I felt fine and the LVEF was 60%, normal. If I had the stress test during an arrhythmia episode, when I can hardly walk, how would the LVEF be affected? Might it drop to 45%? Thank you.

Hi I have a question. Yesterday I went to a buffet with my family to eat. 3-4 hours later, I got very ill and passed a bowel movement that was mostly loose. Immediately I had to frequently urinate almost every 2-3 hours. My stomach is also bloated and making gurgling noises. I assumed I had a bad reaction to a food I ate, but I don t understand the frequent urination part. Also there s no burning when I pee, or a strange order or color to the urine. Also, even though I ve just urinated, a large amount comes out everytime I got to the bathroom.

I am a 50 year old female with no medical Hx/Rx/allergies. Over the last four months I have been experiencing infrequent bouts of arrhythmia, brought to my attention because I can feel the pulsing slightly to the right of my sternum, The rhythm is highly irregular and recedes within a few minutes. No pain/weakness/dizziness/dyspnea but a bounding irregular pulse. Last night the episode lasted for more than an hour, with the same symptoms. I drove myself to a firestation and requested an EKG and 12 lead, Of course by the time I got there it had all but receded. However we did catch infrequent PVCs in leads VI, VII and VIII, I drink a lot of coffee and yesterday I was certainly dehydrated. I went home, drank water, drank more water this afternoon, had a 16 oz caffeinated latte hours ago, and finally went to bed. Shortly after, I began experiencing the same pattern of symptoms. They have receded now, so they only lasted 5-10 minutes. Am I having a psych event or could there be some ominous mechanism of injury at work?

My husband has sudden severe chills and body aches . Last night before bed he suddenly had body aches and went to bed. About 2:00 in the morning he woke up with severe chills. His body was shaking the entire bed and his teeth were chattering. There was nothing he could do to get warm and his entire body ached. About 4:30 in the morning, it subsided. This has happened many times in his life, about 3 times this year. He went to work today, but is extremely tired and sore . We have been to the emergency room once, but they could find nothing wrong. He also has a stint near his heart . He just had a checkup, cholesterol was a little high, but not bad, blood pressure fine. Help!
