On Multivitamin Supplements. Taking Evion, Becadezmine, Becosules. What Are The Chances Of Increase In Height?

hi ive been told by my gym trainer to take many multi-vitamins tablets. schedule is as follows :
1 tablet zevit : before workout
1 tablet limcee: during workout
1 tablet evion 400: breakfast
1 tablet shelcal: evening
1 tablet liv.52 : lunch
1 tablet becosules: anytime
1 tablet becadexamin: anytime
my age is 20 , male. and i asked him if there is any chance my height can increase. So he gave me that prescription.

Hi growing tall depends on your genetic make up mainly and nutrition status. If you don't have hormonal problem like thyroid and if your epiphysis has not yet fused then there is chance of growing taller. Eat nutritious foid, have adequate sound sleep and do stretching exercises. These will help you. The drugs you have mentioned may help or may not.i don't prefer so many drugs.

Thank you for asking question on health care magic
as far as i know the above prescription will not help you in increasing the hieght
the height of a person depends upon the hieght of the parents
mostly it depends on heredity
