Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Your father has been diagnosed with brain TB .It can be either TB meningitis or tuberculomas of brain. In case of tuberculomas of brain , residual calcified granuloma (healed granuloma)can be there which causes seizure phenomenon ( clinical /subclinical fits).

Hence thta may be one reason for major headache and memory loss even though he is on eptoin. Additional antiepileptics to be needed.

You should consult Neurologist for further treatment plan and adjustment of medicines.

Hope this will help you
