On Loette Pills, Unprotected Sex, Taken Sugar Pills, Missing Periods. Pregnant?

Hello, I ve been on the pill loette for a month now. I waited a week and have had unprotected sex a couple pf times since. I started the sugar pills 2 days ago but haven t got my period yet. I m concerned that I may be pregnant . Should my menstruation start as soon as I take the sugar pills? Or does it take a couple of days to kick in?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
When you start taking sugar pills, the periods are likely to start after 3 days. Sometimes these may be delayed even if there is no pregnancy. You can check your urine for pregnancy if you do not have your periods till the next week.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
