Hi,
Sorry to say this ,but one thing that is very clear is that your father in law is in critical stage of his life.4 previous heart attacks followed by another suspicious one(present one) is devastating in itself.Addition of one cardiac arrest makes the picture still more gloomy. In addition to all this, renal failure and dialysis is like putting the final nail in the coffin.Irrespective of his age and anything else his condition is serious.
It is very difficult to predict outcome from here. The treating doctors will be in the best position to do it.But there are a few positive things as well. Many people die of their first heart attack, some inspite of even advanced treatment. But your father in law has survived 4,so there is no reason to believe he cant survive 5.
Cardiac arrest is the end of the road to many ,but your father in law had fought through it as well. So,dont give up still.Be optimistic, keep praying and hope for the best.

Hi
age is not mentioned here again the clinical history is slang & too brief but still it can be said that have a second third opinion show all the investigated report. if your father in law is above 80 years then nothing much can be done but to pull him on medically. Have nice day
