On Fertomid 50. Pregnancy Test Negative. Best Time To Take Pregnancy Test?

Hlo dr.ive started on fertomid 50 on day 4 after my regular menstrual period which was from d 10 of this month.ive done a pregnancy test this morning an it was negative when is d best time to do a pregnancy test.plz help im out of options as i am about to get married soon an im scared i wound be able to give my husband kids i was pregnant before then i gt on depo provera but ive stop that more then a 2years ago

Ideally, the pregnancy test should be done 3 - 5 days overdue, that is 3 to 5 days after you have missed your routine period.
YOU should consult an infertility specialist for work up.
Your husbands semen analysis should be tested.
Your ovulation status should be documented.
patency of fallopian tubes should be assessed.
Take regular folic acid supplements.
