am 28 years old my periods are very heavy and am on contraceptive pills since wen i was 18 but every time i stop taking pills i have a pulse on my lower abdomen . what could be the problem?

what do you mean by "pulse" in the lower abdomen. Be more clear in your description.
The term pulse refers to the transmitted heart beats to peripheral arteries, usually felt over the wrist ( radial pulsation).
