On Coil, Got Period, Used Bathing Sponge To Manage. Is There Any Danger?
was on my period yesterday after a long time since i have a coil and unfortunately i got it on 4hr coach rude to london. i didn t have any pads so i broke off a couple of piece from my bathing sponge and put them in my vagina to stop bleeding it worked but wen i got home i could feel the sponges and bleeding stopped but its been 24hrs and i still cant feel them what do i do?
