On Bactrim For Skin. IUD Done. Pain In Neck, Back. Urine Yellow With Little Dark. Using Tyneol. Cause?

I am on bactrim for skin for last 3 weeks.
A week ago I had 5 days of brown discharge that was not a period.
I have an IUD.
I am 45 healthy fit.
The last few days I have had chills, sweats, blurry, back ache, neck ache achy all over last 2 days.
Can;t sleep cuz wake up freezing but sweaty.
feel like I am breathing heat.
no runny nose or stuffy nose
a little dry cough but when I cough it hurts my body and head SOOO bad.
My headaches are consistant too.
Than today I noticed a very bright yellow day glow urine and a little dark in the urine but didn't seem like blood.
I am using tylenol but after feeling a bit better outside today I am home and back freezing, achy blurry weark, nausea
I am trying to guess if i have a bug, flu, drug side effects, some internal problem.

Hi, Last few days you had chills, sweats, blury, backache, neck, freezing and sweaty. Had heat breathing, cough.
It appears to be a viral fever, or a urinary tract infection. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
