On Anti-TB Medications, Had Stopped It Temporarily Due To Elevated SGPT. Resumed By Slowly Increasing Dosage. Would It Be Wise To Stop Now?

Hiii, I am 24 yr Female. I m having anti TB medication from last 8 months. I stopped during treatment for 10 days due to incresed level of SGPT . Afterwards started by increasing dose Now my doctor suggest me to stop medication, so is it right time to stop it? I m currently alright only suffering from prolong menstrual cycle, is it ok or can i go for the same to any doctor

it depends on which organ is involved or which type of tb. if it is pulmonary tb and u r alright and radiologically and pathologically fit than no harm in stopping, as of now the standard duration is of 6 months
