On And Off Smelly Discharge With Mild Cramping
For the past couple of months I have had trouble on and off with female odor and more discharge than usual. The last couple of weeks I have been experiencing mild cramping and just yesterday I discovered two small bumps on what I believe to be my g spot.

Your problem may be due to infection.It may be due to cervicitis,uterine pathology,UTI etc.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,Urine RE/ME,Ultrasound of abdomen,Pap smear.Further investigations can be done if needed.
You should take care of local hygiene.
If problem persists then you should consult your doctor.
