On Monday night, a tortilla chip became lodged very deep in my throat. I was able to breathe and talk, but
it took several glasses of water and about ten minutes for it to wash down. The following day my throat was understandably sore. I was surprised as the afternoon wore on how much worse my throat got. Two days later, I am in real pain. It was difficult to swallow my regular pills this morning and feels like anabsolutely terrible sore throat. Why is it getting worse rather than better?
