Where would i be able to but the large cuff ? Im looking for one larger than 32-42cm ive heard paramedics sometimes use the larger ones and would like to know of any shops or websites when i could get one ? Thanx

Have you tried to deal directly with the omron people? They are probably in the best position to help you without you spending a lot of time trying to chase down a location that has the large cuffs...
