To get rid of from acne and oily skin, as you know these things are genetic ; always clean the face frequently with a good cleanser ( Cetaphil Cleanser ) . Clean the face with facewash containing Salsalic Acid (1-2%) twice a day which will improve in the reduction of acne and oily skin. Take (Vitamin A) tablet 50000 international unit (IU) daily.Apply Tretinoin cream (0.025%) in the late evening for a short period may be half an hour to 1 hr and increase the contact time slowly day by day till the undesirable visible dryness. Regarding the moles which is also genetic can be improved with a mole surgery or by repeated chemical cautry along with the proper suitable sunscreener according to skin typing. Sun screener should be always Non Comediogenic.
