Oily discharge from rectum, gas. Had turkey rolls. Reason?

All i ate today were 2 turkey rolls from costco & blueberry pancakes made with multigrain pancake mix from trader s joe. I was walking when all of a sudden, i had to let out gas and when i did, i felt something so i checked & i had a little bit of orange oil come out of my rectum . Why does this happen? This had happened before after eating raw fish that was marinated in vinegar. But this time isnt as bad as the first time..

How is normal evacuation procedure? Regular? Check.
How do we have gas through anus? That is where all the decomposed waste products body throws out accumulates. Accumulation leads to further decomposition and bacteria growth. Decomposition produces so many gases which had to be thrown out through anus. Right? Decomposition also produces so many chemical combinations also. You must have experienced one among them.

Best wy to get rid of these is to avoid eating junk food and regular evacuation procedure. If you have constipation problem drink enough water and eat fruits and starch rich food and vegetables.

Get well soon.
